Chris Frederiksen is a native of the United Kingdom and came to California at an early age seeking the “American Dream”. He relishes being a CPA and considers it the great helping profession. He loves helping entrepreneurs achieve great successes and loves to help families achieve financial independence and the ability to retire with dignity on their schedule.

When Chris became a CPA, he won the John F. Forbes GOld Medal for the highest exam score in California. Besides practicing accounting, he was an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University for many years. Before co-founding Frederiksen-Crawford CPAs, Chris was elected one of the youngest partners at Touche Ross & Co., one of the so-called “Big 8” firms. Chris is the author of several books including The New Business Kit and 57 Ways to Grow Your Business. Chris has been named among the 100 Most Influential People in the Accounting Profession by Accounting Today and one of 25 New Thought Leaders by CPA Practice Advisor. In 2015 his alma mater, Golden Gate University, conferred on him a Doctorate in Humane Letters. More recently in 2024, he was named one of the Top 200 CPAs in the nation by Forbes.
